After signup, Mera OTP may request verification documents such as PAN card to verify user identity and address. These documents are mandatory before using Mera OTP service. In case of any abuse, scam, illegal or misleading activity, Mera OTP may share these documents with government authorities.
If a user fails to provide valid documentation, their account may be permanently blocked without refund. Once uploaded, documents will not be deleted and cannot be removed on request.
Applicable Law & Court:
These terms are governed by the laws of India. For any disputes, jurisdiction lies with the courts of New Delhi.
Copyright:
All Mera OTP logos, data, images, and other content are copyrighted materials. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Cancellation Policy:
Mera OTP does not allow complete account deletion. Users may disable their account, after which access will be restricted and data preserved securely. For security, historical logs are retained.

Mera OTP collects standard usage information such as IP address, domain server, OS type, browser type using cookies.

All privacy terms also apply to resellers. Mera OTP reserves the right to access shared reseller data in case of fraud or abuse.
